AJ Alvarez is Symphonic’s Director of LATAM Marketing.
As a member of Spotify’s US Indie team, David Ecker works with artists and labels to help them maximize their presence on the platform. He has been at Spotify for 6 years, and was previously a member of the US Majors team, the Artist Management team, and the Artist Services team. He is based in NY and is also an avid jazz pianist and composer.
Jordan is currently a curator for Beatport, acting as a community manager for 8 genres on the store including Dance / Electro Pop, Dubstep, Hard Dance / Hardcore, and more. She’s also a curator in her own right, launching her monthly hardcore playlist series Serious Damage in 2019. Transitioning from a longtime fan to an industry figure, Jordan Mafi has given a voice to notable and up-and-coming artists. Serving as the former executive editor of NEST HQ and a host for Insomniac Radio, Jordan’s original goal of becoming a music journalist has evolved to moving the needle in electronic music.
With over 20 years of experience in the Latin music ecosystem, Marcos Juárez has been heading up the Latin division at Pandora for the past 8 years. A four-time Billboard Latin Power Player, Mr. Juárez is considered one of the leaders in editorial and programmatic work in the Latin digital music space and has worked tirelessly to ensure that the ever-shifting Latin audience in the United States is reflected in the programming on Pandora. In bridging the chasm between audience, artist and industry, Mr. Juárez has found success in allowing culture to dictate the direction of Latin initiatives at Pandora, with the streaming platform being widely regarded as the top digital destination for exploring the diversity of Latin music.
