Central Illinois has given us REO Speedwagon, Alison Krauss, John Doe from the band X, the Godfather of street art – Ron English, the Bears, Caterpillar, the Horseshoe sandwich, and Abe Lincoln. We say the opportunity is here where a hard work, no-nonsense, get-things-done mentality will always triumph.

We formalized our geographic position at the center of Illinois by creating a hub for the exchange of ideas, connections, and opportunities at the first MmX conference on the campus of Millikin University in 2019.

For 2020, MmX will be replacing our conference with a day full of online panels featuring industry professionals who want to help artists feel confident in their abilities and discuss topics that will help them grow.
