The Neighborhood Opportunity Fund will join this Learning Lab to talk to attendees about grants available to arts, cultural, and creative organizations who are planning construction or rehabilitation projects in commercial corridors on the South and West sides of Chicago.
Beth Holaday of Verde Energy Efficient Experts will also join this Learning Lab to talk to attendees about the free facility assessments and the resources available for energy efficiency upgrades that nonprofit organizations who own or rent facilities are entitled to through their utility companies – whether they rent or own their space.
