(Webinar) Is your screenplay festival worthy?

ABOUT ERICA DUFFY

Since moving to Chicago eight years ago, entrepreneur and production powerhouse, Erica Duffy has founded and grown Camera Ambassador. This camera, grip, and electric rental house is not only known for being one of the most reliable and artist-friendly houses but also the only female-owned and operated location in the country. After purchasing and renovating a 6,000sq ft industrial loft, it now features a fully equipped recording studio, state-of-the-art equipment prep bays, an event space, and co-working offices. When a bucket list script or crew lands in her lap she always loves getting on-set to produce. Erica’s newest endeavor is serving as the executive director of The Midwest Film Festival. She is passionate about building relationships and fostering community and feels fortunate to have many avenues to accomplish this.

SCREEN TIME is a bi-monthly(ish), online hour-long series presented by the Chicago Screenwriters Network that features guests from all across the screenwriting and filmmaking industry. Join us from anywhere in the world for presentations, discussions, and interviews with industry professionals.

ADMISSION is open until 30 minutes prior to the start of the event. You can RSVP in one of two ways:

  • FREE for annual CSN Members. If you’re a sustaining member of Chicago Screenwriters Network, you can jump into Screen Time for free!
  • Pay-What-You-Can Donation for Guests. If you’re not a member, but find the speaker or topic of interest, you are welcome to join us by making a donation of any amount.

HOW DO I JOIN THE EVENT?

Guests who RSVP will receive an invitation email from Eventbrite with a URL link to the virtual event space. The link will go live roughly 5-10 minutes before the start of the talk. You can use Zoom on your phone or tablet (download via Apple or Android store), or your computer via Zoom.us. You do not have to activate your webcam or microphone to RSVP. Please note – everyone uses different devices, different platforms and different providers. While we can’t diagnose your technical difficulties, we can offer some a pair of links [here and here] of helpful tips when using Zoom.
