Emily Foote, a Principal at Osage Venture Partners, joined Osage in March of 2020 after successfully exiting an education technology company she co-founded in 2011 to Utah-based Instructure, a leading technology company in the education and corporate learning markets. As co-founder of Practice, Emily guided the company from a video-based platform in the higher education market to a corporate learning solution and managed organizational growth across offices in Philadelphia and San Francisco. At Instructure, Emily wore many hats including VP of Strategy and, most recently, VP of Customer Success.Emily is a former Teach for America and KIPP teacher and lawyer. She is a graduate of Drexel Law, the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education, and of the University of Pennsylvania. Emily served on the board of Philly Startup Leaders, an organization focused on supporting the growing number of Philadelphia-based entrepreneurs. Emily resides in Philadelphia with her husband, David, and their three children.

Emily Kosten joined Osage Venture Partners as an Analyst in March of 2019. Emily focuses on business development, while also conducting diligence and providing support across the portfolio. Previously, Emily interned for Goldman Sachs as an Analyst in their Private Wealth Management Division in San Francisco, CA. Emily graduated summa cum laude from Drexel University with a BS in Finance and Economics, where she was also a Division I athlete.
