One of the most difficult challenges founders and entrepreneurs face when building a business is deciding how and when to grow their team. Whether it’s adding another co-founder, early employee, advisor, or interns, this dilemma is made even more arduous when you find yourself short on both cash and time.
This workshop will provide tools and frameworks to answer the following questions most founders and entrepreneurs eventually face:
- How do I know what role to hire when my needs constantly shift?
- How do I ensure I am hiring the right person?
- How do I think about compensating a new hire when I can barely pay myself?
