Demetri Morris is a producer and digital consultant from Naperville, Illinois and now based in Nashville, Tennessee. He graduated with a bachelor degree in Management Information Systems from Olivet Nazarene University an hour south of Chicago. He’s currently the Founder & CEO of a digital agency called Morr Creative focused on providing businesses with strategic tech & marketing solutions. Him and his team have provided digital services to healthcare, education, technology, client businesses, eCommerce, and more. He’s passionate about creating strategies & work that resonates with people of all kinds. He’s worked with national brands like Uber, Chick-fil-A, U.S. Foods, Ekso Bionics and more. He’s helped people launch their startups/coaching businesses and has been apart of bringing countless big ideas to life. Additionally, he co-founded a 501(c)(3) not for profit organization called Somebody’s Nobody with Emmy-Nominated producer, Jon Ross, with the goal of creating opportunities within the entertainment industry for individuals who are talented but often overlooked and give them opportunities to work on real projects. He’s a forward thinking entrepreneur that’s truly passionate about empowering individuals to unleash their full potential through the power of authenticity, practicality, and self-belief.

Lauren Ramsey is a Digital Strategist who focuses on bringing community engagement to the forefront of social media campaigns. Whether she is sitting on a panel, mentoring startups at 1871, or working with retailers and restaurants to build a killer social media strategy, she is always focused on one thing: growing an authentically engaged community of brand advocates and customers for her clients through excellent digital marketing strategies.
Jack Eckblad – HubSpot
Jack is Head of Partnerships in the Midwest for the HubSpot for Startups program. As a President’s Club HubSpot Rep, Jack helped hundreds of companies scale their sales, marketing, and customer service efforts before he transitioned to the HubSpot for Startups team to pursue his passion for all things Startups. He graduated with a Bachelors in Political Science from Beloit College.
