Rachael De Foe is the Communications Lead for TSA (Tech Singapore Advocates) and a Strategic Communications Consultant who launched her entrepreneurial journey in 2020, right as COVID-19 came into full-swing. In this period she co-founded SEAcosystem.com (a community initiative for tech-talents), built out a business with a team of freelance consultants, and secured a portfolio of clients across Southeast Asia’s innovation and venture sectors.
