The Center for Creative Entrepreneurship is producing an unscripted and inspirational “Nine Days of Giving” Stream-A-Thon, to show the world the talent Chicago has to offer and the education and resources we provide to expand and grow our creative economy. This is a virtual salon-style gathering of experts and artists, patrons and fans coming together to celebrate and enrich the culture of creativity. We have a diverse array of leaders of industry like owner of Cinespace, Alex Pissios, influential institutions like the Illinois Film Office and its director, Peter Hawley, thought leaders like fashion icon and published author Marcellas Reynolds, and celebrity stars like Hill Harper, who will host, moderate, and participate every night. Our lineup of guest speakers will demonstrate CCE’s commitment to excellence at all levels in education of the nine sectors(Music, Film/Video, Dance, Theater, Fashion, Visual Arts/Design, Media, Sports, Culinary).
Drumming is foundational, it is a system of organization, it is the rhythm we feel that sets a tempo to our action. It is the march beneath the rally. It is the heartbeat of our passion. his is a virtual salon-style gathering of experts and artists, patrons and fans coming together to celebrate and enrich the culture of creativity. Each evening at 7:00 pm, we will spotlight a creative sector power-packed with engaging conversations and wrapping up with a drum solo from globally celebrated drummers. The first eight nights will be free to all, while the final night will be a ticketed event celebrating Film/Video. Our MVP “All Stars” ticket comes with two John Legend, “Legend Vineyard Exclusive wines” from Boisset Collection and access to a virtual wine tasting after party with plenty of celebrity surprises!
